When visiting my father, I noticed he always kept the tools he used most in a joint compound bucket. One day while helping him with a project, I noticed how un-organized his bucket was while trying to locate a screwdriver. Long story short, I stumbled upon this. I bought it for him, and he loves it! What’s even more amazing is he’s one of those people who criticize most tools and gadgets, but he loves this organizer. My only mistake was not buying one for myself!

I didn’t quite realize the size of this until it arrived. Right out of the package it looked like some sort of tool bag, and once I put it on the 5 gallon bucket I purchased at Home Depot it had a tight snug fit that fit perfectly over the bucket. It has plenty of pockets to organize lots of tools both inside and outside. The stitching is outstanding. I own several McGuire Nicholas products and find nearly all of them to be outstanding. This one is no expection to the quality and workmanship this company obviously takes pride in.

Bought this for my husband and he LOVES it! Every time there is a job around the house to be done, he comes up from the basement with his bucket in hand. It provides very easy access to all of his small tools for household fix-er-up-ers. Great product and much more inexpensive than the ones at Sears.

I have a junk tool drawer that I can never find anything in, so I thought I’d try this. I put it over a 3 gal kitty litter bucket and it’s just fine. When I get my laundry detergent bucket empty, which is 5 gal, I’ll switch them over for the extra room. There are tons of pockets to hold household tools and they are all sizes, so you can find a pocket for just about anything… and if not, there’s always the center bucket. I got it at a great price, $6 and I think I’m going to get some for gifts. It would be nice if there were little, closed pockets on the inside of the bucket part to hold smaller items like nails. There really isn’t a good place for loose, small items.

This is a must for any home handyman or do-it-yourselfer. It beats carrying around a toolbox or tooltray, and a bucket is always handy to have on a project. The organizer is made of heavy canvas and is ruggedly stitched together. It has held up to my abuse for many home projects!

This product comes in handy for carrying all the tools to a jobsite, and not having to run back to the truck every few minutes. The only problem I have found, is that with the cordless drill in the holder, it becomes top heavy. Great product at a great price!

I got three of these bags for my 3 oldest boys to start collecting their own tool sets. We saved the buckets from the BJ’s laundry soap and used them in there. Worked really well. I also had to write my boy’s names on the bags so they could tell who’s who. All and all a really good purchase with large pockets and decent storage for tools, toys, and stuff.

This bucket cover is made of real tough material. It holds pretty much every thing. I like it better than my toolbox because you can see what you have. It carries so much stuff that it can be pretty heavy. I guess that is a good thing though.

Of all the things I bought Dad for Christmas, who knew he’d love this so much. Talk about bang for the buck! Arrived very fast. Bright color helps you spot it in a messy garage. For someone inclined towards DISorganization, it could be hard to use, since there are a lot of pockets to “lose” items in. Overall, it’s a handy way to keep frequently used tools at hand, transport a set of tools and supplies for a particular project, or keep a selection of tools in another location in the house.

What a great deal! Six bucks and more useful than a toolbox. You can actually reach everything, plus have an open area in the middle. Works great on a big five gallon bucket.

This is a great gift for those hard-to-buy-for guys on your shopping list. Even if they aren’t major handymen, most guys do own a few household tools or have something that they could stand to organize a bit. I thought a real vehicle enthusiast might even like one of these to organize his car detailing products and tools. Even my dad who is big time into good tools and quality metal tool boxes like this just as a catch-all in his backyard workshop.

If you think this will make you organized think again. Sure it saves lifting a tool box lid but it will just be a collecting place for tools you hardly ever use. My cordless drill does not fit in it with battery and bit, heavy tools can screw up the balance and small things get lost on the bottom- but SOME of the pockets are useful, Better than a tool box for most stuff.
