The canvas insert for 5 gal. bucket to hold tools is economical yet well made. I am very glad I did not buy the very expensive ones because for me, this one is perfect.
I thought this was a very unique idea for keeping track of your tools.

I am all about organizing and I am thinking that unless you have way too many tools (which many men just have that hobby of buying tools and forgetting where they put them so they buy more) anyway I thought this would help keep them handy.
Great gift

Bought this for my son-in-law. He liked it really well and plans to use it in his garage. It will certainly keep his tools together.
For the guy who has everything!

This was nicer and better quality than I expected….I was very pleasantly surprised!! The shipping time was unheard of too! I ordered online in the middle of the night on a Saturday and it was on our doorstep before I got up Tues. AM!!! My husband was a real happy camper when saw this….I will look at their other products for sure! Thanks!!

I was two seconds away from buying the bucket boss which looks really nice except the shipping was more expensive than the product! WTF?!? Seller, if you decide to stop trying to screw people on freight, comment on this review and I will actually buy it. Merry Christmas?
Very nice product

I saw someone else with one of these and realized how pitiful my unadorned 5 gal bucket of tools was compared to this. I looked in a couple of retail stores and didn’t find anything for a bucket at all. I figured it would cost $30 to $50, but was pleasantly surprised at its low price. A very good value. I used it on a recent short term mission trip to replace some house windows and it came in very handy as I had easy access to all my tools and was able to find them very quickly.

Excellent price for a really good bucket tool organizer.
This tool organizer is one of the best canvas or soft boxes I have owned.
Tools fit just fine and if properly distributed it is pretty stable.
Really like the Bucket Boss

I bought four of these, three for Christmas gifts and one for myself. The quality is great and there is plenty of room with all the pockets.
Good solution for a spread out tool box

Product seemed pretty sturdy, and everything seemed to fit well. The only thing I could see is that when the buckets fully loaded, the small bucket handle makes it somewhat difficult to carry, but that could be easily remedied.
Handy man’s favorite new toy

My husband’s eyes lit up when he saw all the pockets and available spaces for “stuff”. He seems to enjoy it very much.

I got the Bucket Boss to try and keep my tools in one spot and available to take and use anywhere. I really like it. It has more than enough pockets and holds the tools in a way so that you can see them. Now I can pick up the bucket of tools and go to the next project and by the way, amazon prime is great!
It really does do the job!

I received one of these at an electrical supply house because I spent more than $250.00. It sat in my truck for about a year and then in my garage for another two years before I even considered it. One day with trouble lights, extension cords, and other miscellaneous tools rolling around I had a eureka moment and got out my dusty bucket boss. Lo and behold the clutter began to dissappear. It does a great job stowing items you don’t necessarily want to have in your tool tote. I would prefer to have more of the larger pockets to store wire nuts but I definitely can’t complain. Klein makes their version which is very nice but about $40.00 more. A good addition to your garage or work van. Anybody with tool clutter can use one.

I am using this bucket boss to carry my pottery supplies and books to and from class. It is study, a great price, and able to accommodate all of my materials.

I bought a bucket boss from a national chain store and it didn’t nearly compare with the Bucket Boss I got from Amazon. Many pockets to fill, I like it.
Great for Handyman!

Item came as promised. It is a great gift for someone who is handy around the house. It’s also great for carrying multiple items around, plus keeping everything organized.
Please Don’t Buy This.

This thing is terrible. Please don’t waist your money. Also be aware that it doesn’t come with the bucket, so you’ll have to go out and buy your own.

This is a simple and well-constructed product. It slips into bucket snuggly and has ample pockets for storage or various sized items. I consider it a great deal for the price on Amazon.com.

I like this. It’s a convenient place to store and transport tools, and offers good visibility for those of us who can’t remember where we left anything.
Now if everything I put in it only wasn’t so heavy…

I recently purchased the 56 pocket bucket boss tool organizer and am fairly happy with the purchase. The many pockets come in real handy. The only problem I have had is with some of the stitching on a few of the pockets where the stitching has come apart. I was hoping that it would have a little heavier stitching to prevent this. It’s only been a couple of the pockets, but I’ve only had it for about a month.
Worh the money.

I have recently ordered my fourth BucketBoss in five years and recommend it. Three of the others were well-worn but I passed them down to family members for home use. As a maintenance tech I require good quality and workmanship and find both with this product. The only drawback to me is the lack of depth in the upper pockets on the inside. My 12″ Cresent wrench and 12″ adjustable pliers extend too far above the bucket rim.
Great product

I used to have tools lying around in various places. This prodcut was able to put all my tools in the bucket holder and still allowed the room inside to add additional items.
Bucket Boss is still the best

As an apartment building owner I bought a bucket boss about 20 years ago. It worked well but finally sprouted some holes! I checked a few home-improvement stores but could find nothing comparable and certainly nothing at the price. A lot of puerile imitators! When I saw this on Amazon I thought it would fill the bill and it certainly does! More pockets, better organized. I even have a few left over! The best ever!
10 times better then a tool box!

I just got one about a month ago and its exactly what I though it would be. I have turned a mess into an organized and easy to get to tool storage system. The best part about this bag its super easy to *keep* organized because I am not a neat freak on the job site nor do I have time to even attempt being organized, this does it for me. I have a tool in every pocket and it is a bit heavy to lug around but would go with this one rather then the extreme bag simply because the pockets are larger on the 56. The pockets aren’t over sized there just right. I toss this *free* in the back of my truck and it has not tipped over yet. One tip is organize your tools evenly so that its not hard to carry. I also bought the super stacker system with the bucket boss storage lid/seat and the lid doesn’t fit over this bag that well nor do the stackers! I also keep my drills in there own case that they come with and dont really think the drill pocket should be on the bag but I have some other tools in there so its not a big deal!
Surprisingly convenient. Surprisingly heavy.

I waited until the 56-pocket Bucket Boss dropped below fifteen bucks from Amazon, then decided it was worth a chance. An excellent purchase.
Pro: Far superior to any toolbox. Everything (and I mean everything) is within sight and/or easy reach. It was humbling to put every tool I own into this and only fill half the pockets.
Con: H E A V Y. Yes, I loaded the bucket down with cordless drill, extra battery, two types of hammers, and a slew of tools. But that tiny handle makes the weight far more noticeable.
Boy, do I love this product!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Because it’s easy to carry around and use, I found myself always putting tools up after I use them.
Now I can’t blame the wife, son or myself for losing tools. It has made me a lot more efficient around the house.
Two thumbs up!!

This is a great item. It makes storing and transporting a variety of your tools to any usage site an easy task. It keeps them organized and ready to go at all times. Tremendous item, used with an (otherwise) empty 5 gallon bucket. A top-notch gift for any ‘amateur’ handyman.
How to make good use of a spare bucket
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This is a great way to take an ordinary bucket and make it useful. All the tools can be seen and used without digging around, and the inside can hold all sorts of things (it is a bucket, after all!).
It is made of nice heavy material that won’t tear or puncture.
Bucket boss Bargain
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I have tried using many different ways of organizing tools and have come to the conclusion that the bucket organizers are the only way to fly.
I have quite a few different brands and I can tell you that name brands are best with these:I have some cheapies that have developed tears in the pockets and seams are coming undone. My bucket boss brand and CLC(see review please) have stood up to the harsh use of jobsites to last longer.
Bucket boss is the originator for these storage systems and they are available with various amounts of pockets from 20-61.
When you purchase a bucket boss, you are going to have to provide the bucket. A five gallon bucket is what is called for and they can be purchased at any home center or you can scavage an empty thats been used for drywall mud.(I have even seen them used as containers for kitty litter , detergent, and pickels!)
You slip this organizer over a five gallon bucket and you instantly have 56 pockets of various sizes on the inside and outside of the bucket. There is also a holster for a cordless drill and a lanyard thats handy for storing tape.
The fabric is a heavy duty 600 denier fabric and the seams are reinforced with a heavy duty stitching.
I like the versatility that the bucket system gives me as I not only have the pockets for my hand tools, but a spacious bucket for things like sanders, saws and extension cords.
Working out of a bucket boss instead of a toolbox means no more rooting through piles of tools to find the one that I am looking for- The tools are all organized vertically into pockets where they can be readily identified and retrieved.
At the end of the job I can either return the tools to their respective pockets or if I am in a hurry, just throw them in the bucket to be reorganized later.
A bucket organizer also works great because the bucket can act as a trashcan as you work, acting as a trash recepticle for screws and nails, as well as other small construction debris.
A bucket boss has some limitations- Larger, bulkier tools (like pipe wrenches and tools over 2 feet in length)either won’t fit well or will throw off the balance of the bucket as you carry it around. If the bottom of the bucket is not ballasted with some weight, the bucket may be top heavy and fall over in the back of a truck.

GREAT ORGANIZER. WHEN THE POUCH ARRIVED I THOUGHT THAT IT WAS SMALL AND WOULDN’T HOLD ANYTHING, THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. THIS LITTLE POUCH HOLDS MORE THAT YOU EXPECT. WILL PROBABLY ORDER ANOTHER.
Handy Tool for tools
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Fairly well made with lots of pockets for different tools. Difficult to switch buckets if the bucket handle breaks.
